Honoring America\’s Workers and Human Resources Professionals

Labor Day is our country’s time-honored tradition of celebrating our workers.  It is the holiday on which we recognize the contributions workers have made to our country’s strength, prosperity and well-being.

Born in the Industrial Revolution in the 19th century, our Labor Day tradition takes on a whole new meaning in 2020.  This year has given us a pandemic-definition of “essential workers” whose jobs must carry on through shut-downs, quarantines and crises.
