Job Analysis and Job Descriptions

We will analyze your jobs to identify the requirements needed for employees to be successful on the job using various methods including observation, interviewing, and questionnaires.  We will then develop job descriptions, which serve a variety of HR functions including exempt/non-exempt classification; performance management; compensation plan design and establishing internal equity; determining qualifications and fitness for the job, ADA analysis and reasonable accommodation; examining and improving workflow, and meeting other important compliance obligations.

Performance Management

We will ensure that your Company’s performance management system effectively encourages desired performance and supports the Company’s overall goals and objectives. If you do not have a performance management system, we will help you develop one, including policy and process design, evaluation and goal setting tools and implementation assistance.

Compensation and Rewards
