Shelly Freeman

As a Founding Member of FineLine HR Consulting, Shelly brings a unique combination of experiences that benefit her clients. She has nearly 30 years of experience as a labor and employment attorney, including as a winning trial lawyer. She has also been an HR Director for a large company operating in multiple states. Shelly’s ability to deliver some of the most intricate of employment laws with humor, real life examples, and—most importantly—in accessible terms that non-lawyers understand, makes her a sought-after trainer and speaker in both the private and public sectors.

Julie Riggle McKee

Julie McKee has a wide breadth of experience working in a variety of roles throughout her career, including serving as General Counsel of a medical device company, Spinal Simplicity LLC, owning and successfully selling a Human Resources Consulting Firm, FBD Consulting, LLC, and achieving equity Partner in a large, national law firm, now known as Stinson Leonard Street. Julie brings her combined experience from each of these unique positions to advise and counsel clients on a wide variety of employment-related legal and HR consulting matters.

Ellen Martin

Ellen brings over 30 years of human resources and leadership experience to FineLine. As a former senior executive leader of Human Resource, Legal, and Regulatory teams for a Fortune 300 telecommunications company, Ellen not only advised and trained on human resource and legal issues, but navigated through these issues within her own departments. She also draws from her experiences as an attorney with Shughart Thomson & Kilroy (now Polsinelli), a university professor, mediator, nonprofit board leader and an investment representative at American Century.

Alison Sheehan

Alison Sheehan has dedicated her entire career to human resources. Prior to joining FineLine HR Consulting as a Member and Consultant, she was Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for Premiere Global Services (“PGi”), a world leader in virtual collaboration solutions.
