Trust us to conduct a fair, objective and conclusive investigation when employees complain to the company (or an outside agency) of alleged harassment, discrimination, or other misconduct. We are skilled at interviewing techniques, and understand how to navigate the laws that may apply to investigation techniques such as employee interviews, polygraphs and surveillance, and how to comply with applicable non-retaliation protections. Of course we will make recommendations to the company regarding the resolution of those complaints.
